A: Yes! We can customize the quote/saying on the top to anything you like. Please let us know when you place the order.


Q: How do I receive the digital file?
A: The download link will be sent through Email.

Q: Where to print?
A: Here are some printing tips for you:) Hope this will help!
-print from your home printer, using a heavyweight, matte photo paper or card stock.
-print at your local print shop or upload to an online printing service. You may choose a thick matte paper, or canvas.

Q: Can I customize the height of kids?
A: Yes please let us know the age or the height of the children when you place the order.

Q: Can I see a preview/proof before the final version is sent?
A: Yes we will send you the digital file once it is ready, and if anything need to be changed we can change it for you. If nothing need to be changed, that file becomes the final version for you automatically :)

Q: Can I see a preview/proof purchasing?
A: Sorry due to the long queue of orders we are having, we can't start working on your order before purchacing. We do offer free edits if anything need to changed even after your order is completed :)

Q: Do you offer rush service?
A: Yes! We have a rush order add-on 

The digital print is created for your PERSONAL usage only. NO COMMERCIAL USAGE IS ALLOWED. The download link will be available for 3 months after the order.
